Twin Metals specializes in all aspects of residential and commercial roofing serving all of MA and Southern NH. From shingles to metal, copper, or rubber roof materials, our crews have been fully trained to install each roofing type. Our roofers have many years of experience, continually striving to maintain open and frequent communication with our customers to make them aware of all dates, times, and details. Our staff is always available to answer any questions you have throughout the construction process.
We want to make your roofing project as simple and worry free as possible, involving you in every step from the consultation to final clean up. During our consultation, we will visit your home, take measurements, and make assessments about recommendations for your roofing project, answering any questions you have before we move forward. Our work on your roofing project will cause minimal disruption to your home life. We clean up the job site thoroughly after each day’s work—no brushing dust off your patio table.
Our Process
1 – Initial On-Site Consultation
Twin Metals will meet with you to discuss your roofing installation needs, the scope of the project and any concerns you may have.
4 – Installation
Our crew will install your new roof using the highest quality materials.
2 – Written Proposal / Estimate
After the initial consult, we will put together a detailed proposal and estimate for your review. Please note, Twin Metals offers financing through Medallion Bank. Please ask for more information.
5 – Job Completion
Twin Metals will perform a final walkthrough with the owner to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the roof and the cleanup.
3 – Scheduling Work
Upon agreement, we will take a $500 deposit and schedule the roof installation.
6 – Final Payment
The balance and final payment is made at the completion of the roof installation
