Our Process
1 – Initial On-Site Consultation
Twin Metals will meet with you to discuss your roofing installation needs, the scope of the project and any concerns you may have.
4 – Installation
Our crew will install your new roof using the highest quality materials.
2 – Written Proposal / Estimate
After the initial consult, we will put together a detailed proposal and estimate for your review. Please note, Twin Metals offers financing through Medallion Bank. Please ask for more information.
5 – Job Completion
Twin Metals will perform a final walkthrough with the owner to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the roof and the cleanup.
3 – Scheduling Work
Upon agreement, we will take a $500 deposit and schedule the roof installation.
6 – Final Payment
The balance and final payment is made at the completion of the roof installation
